Step 1: Review your health plan. Every year insurance companies can change how much plans cost and what services they will provide. See if your 2015 benefits or costs may change.

UPDATE
Step 2: Starting November 15, log into healthcare.gov. Make sure your household income and other information is up to date. To make updates over the phone, call 1-800-318-2596.

COMPARE
Step 3: Compare your plan with new plans in your area. Consumers now have more plans to choose from that may save money and offer more services.

CHOOSE
Step 4: Select a plan that best fits your budget and health needs.

ENROLL
Step 5: Review, update, compare and choose a plan by December 15 to have changes take effect on January 1. Contact your plan provider after you’ve enrolled. Be sure to pay your premium.
